First time I visited Zagreb and first bar I had a beer with my father here. We had a girl that served us and she was really rude to my father about a sour beer we got, (paulaner shouldn't be like this). She didn't care about what my father told her in a relaxed way and responded in a unprofessional and unrespectful way. First and last time visiting this place. "Talk to my boss" and "I don't think so, but I don't drink beer so can't taste it" is something you should not say to you're guests.

We ordered two beers (Paulaner, white and dark) and the dark one was very sour, probably because it stayed in the pipe for a while. We tried to explain to our server, but she didn't even listened or cared about it, she easily just said "I don't think so, but I don't drink so I can't try". We love good beer and this is unprofessional

Great place that for years keeps really affordable prices plus an OK choice of beers which aren't too expensive. One of the smallest reviews I can write because the only thing I can say here is. Come and grab a beer.
