Exceptionally interesting forest ecology site of 50 hectares. First trees planted in early 19th century. Since then only thinning but no clear-cutting. Government land, free access.

Very peaceful. You arrive via dirt roads. Very few people there. I had one of my most peaceful runs there of the past 2.5 years of my travels. Tall trees. Wide Jeep track crossing the woods every so often, so you won't get lost. Nice forest a run away from the city.
