Great food. Best food I've tried so far in Makarska. Nice and tidy place. Unfortunately service has some space to improve that's why only 4 stars.

The reviews of this restaurant were really good so after taking a nice walk from baska voda to here we were excited for some good lunch. The complete experience, however, wasn't at all what I had expected.
I'll start with the positive part which was the menu. All dishes looked very nice and very many of them looked very creative and special. The starters we had were very tasty and original.
What, however, I thought was a shame were the sizes of the main courses. We had the stuffed tuna and the shark and both were enormous. Which in my opinion is a waste of good food. On top of that the taste could've been better.
The second major thing that was quite lacking in my opinion was the service. When we arrived to the restaurant we were welcomed very nicely but after 15 minutes of sitting at our table no-one had come by to hand us the menu or even ask if we would like something to drink (and after a two hour walk we were quite thirsty as you can imagine). During the meal the service remained bad. It took an enormous amount of effort to get a waiters attention in the not so busy restaurant. And on top of that not even once during our meal did someone ask whether everything was in order, which to me shows of a lack of interest in your customers.
In conclusion, the menu looked very original and the appetizers were very good but the main courses and their portion size could be much improved and the service was quite lacking. I hope the restaurant owner reads this review since the restaurant could've (and should've) been so much better.

Really great place to dine, Amazing food, great prices in comparison to the quality and portion sizes. Fried calmari perfect. Shark steak really tasty. Appetizers really nice. A must visit place if you are in Makarska!

This restaurant has been recommended to me as best fish restaurant in Makarska. I wasn't impressed at all. Food can be much better and service as well. They charge too much for they are offering. My recommendation is to go somewhere else.
