Great views along the trails, have your camera ready and available. There are guides near the entrance that can point out wildlife and plants with short range telescopes. Near the beach they have showers available. It is best to have cash to pay for admission, otherwise they only accept Visa cards but use them as a cash advance.

Beautiful beaches, lots of wildlife and no development. What's not to love? We brought in sandwiches, water and chopped pineapple in a container. No chips or other snacks allowed. Entry was $16 pp.

Closed 2 days for a hurricane that wasn't even near. No wind and it didnt even rain. Every other day it has poured at some point, usually at night. Otto must have pulled the moisture up north. There were a number of disappointed people.
Other than that when you walk through stop every once in awhile and look for falling leaves or anything coming down from the trees. Then look for sloths and monkeys in that area.

Great park, good trails, beach trail was my favorite because of the beaches to relax on obviously. And at the end we bought chilled coconuts and the guy dropped a shot of rum in there for me. Great success!!
