Clean room. Strong window A/C. Towels threadbare and the shower is anemic. Great location near the park and the beach. Expedia often confuses this hotel with one of a similar name so be so be sure to check the address before confirming booking. There are a ton of native orchids all along the walkway which makes it special.

The location is great; less than 5 mins from the national park and the beach is just across the street. No need to pay for parking if you hang around the area. However, the staff is rude and inattentive. The first day we were there they didn't give us towels and the next day when we asked for them they told us that they will give us towels once we return the ones we "had." Once the misunderstanding was solved, someone brought us towels but the person was visibly upset and gave us a bad attitude. In general, the same can be said about the recepcionist.

Have spent many wonderful days and nights staying at this hotel., easy access to the each, the bus, etc. Absolutely fantastic. Very neat and clean!
