Perfect location and great facilities. It offers different areas for cardio, weightlifting and machines as well as access to the jacuzzi.

This center just covers all aspects of body fitness and health that most people might consider important . Aerobics and gym classes are run by proffesionals qualified to do so . Attendance is always at full capacity which is something I like . The equipment is clean and there is just enough if not more than enough for everyone.
