Sites Hotel

Hotel rooms were clean and great, Yet the service was bad. It took the receptionist 30 minutes to check us in. The same employee ordered a taxi for us when we left last sunday. He neglected to tell us a main road to the airport is closed every sunday for an event. Drive to the airport took us 1:25 in stead of 0:40, making us miss our flight from Medellin to Panama. We were forced to buy new tickets for 800eu pp! When we returned to the hotel, he didnt bother to ask us why we had returned. He didnt care. He should have warned us about the closed road. Terrible service.

Writing about my personal experience from this hotel. I went from Florida with some friends, due to the fact that they were going to have plastic surgery a friend of mine recommended this hotel because it has small kitchen and they were able to cook if there was necessary. We booked the reservation for two weeks, second day we start asking for room service, everything we asked, they never have it, trust me I am very patient Person, following day the person in charge of the restaurant came to me and apologized telling me that the incident will never happened again, I have explained that we were going to need a lot of room service since this girls couldn’t go out because of their surgery.

Unfortunately the issue was never solved, they knew we were unhappy and for this reason we were looking to change hotels and that I needed to have a refund of the time (7 days) that we were not going to stay. The front desk lady agree that was not our fault and ask me to send and email to request the refund. I was able to dispute this charge with my credit card but instead I preferred to give the hotel the chance to refund the stay in good terms.

It has passed one month and they still haven’t make the refund of 7 days from two suites.

I personally don’t like to write a bad review since I am a business owner but I also understand that this reviews help other people.
Today not only I am telling you my experience but also will filed a credit card dispute.

Sites is located in a very nice part of Medellin. There is a great roof top area, pool area and small gym. We stayed in their two bedroom apartment style room which was excellent.

Modern, clean, attractively decorated , great amenities, friendly staff, great location- definitely return in the future.

quite nice, not the best to be honest. but if you're looking for a decent nice place to stay on a budget check this place out, you won't Regret.
