Muy amables las chicas del frontdesk muy atentas y nos dieron excelente información sobre la ciudad y los planes. las habitaciones cómodas limpias al igual que el baño. Aunque no estaba en servicio el jacuzzi.

Rooms are good but kinda noisy and mini bar expensive.

Room is good. Service bad. They try to get extra money from mini bar for beer that I did not consume. And I had four day reservation but they made mistake and make me leave after 2 days. I would not recommend hotel

This is a great hotel. Clean, safe and courteous staff. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, clubs and bars. Located in El Poblado, the nicest area of Medellin. Great prices.
