Room was modern, clean, very small but good value. Room price was quite reasonable. Check in was difficult and staff was not aware of local laws and requirements regarding customer identification. Also, they could not handle processing my Accor member number and thus I could not receive points/credit for my stay. Food was very very bad even if it had been given for free. Not even edible. Also it was way overpriced. Unless big changes are made to food quality and price, the hotel should not even disgrace themselves by selling any food at all.

it was good, coozy and very well attended by hotel staff. I think that online check in is an outstanding inprovement, but it is not very clear for the user to do it. Plus, i think it is not flexible enough... in my case, we were 5 people travelling with only one payment option and it was not possible for the rest of us to do de online check in

The room was a little smaller than I expected, but the bed was very comfortable and the service was excellent. I also enjoyed the wide variety of fruits, eggs, breakfast breads and more available each morning. The price for breakfast was very reasonable. Overall a great stay!

The Ibis its good value for money!! I use it for work purposes so its quite comfortable for a one night stay in Medellin! Very helpful in reception and rooms are quite comfortable!

Every time I met the staff, be it at the reception desk, the restaurant for breakfast or the bar for a coffee, the people have been very friendly, with a honest and warm smile, ready to make every effort to provide the best quality.
The room was always clean, in a good state and the bed was indeed very comfortable.
I look forward to staying again in the Ibis of Medellin and will definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues.
