Everything was clean. Breakfast was hot with typical Colombian food along with cereal, omelettes, etc. Tours we booked (City Tour and Totumo) had super great service and where very knowledgable and informative. Beautiful place. We came for a vacation. Tv mostly has spanish but some english. Wifi works in room but not balcony. Would've given 5 stars except they don't allow friends to come up to visit + the wifi and TV issues.

NOT good from the start , I was told their is internet in all rooms ...o internet they checked and checked could not getting it going.... I Speak no Spanish ..so I put the television on only Spanish on all channels , so i am stuck in a room with no internet and no TELEVISION... I no for a fact other hotels near by All have some english channels .also in the hallways if you do not use your room key correct all the lights go out in the hallways 1 more thing i checked out in 1 hour and they reversed my credit card transaction. did not want to do it but they did it, also my friend stayed 2 nights , I went to visit him with him not allowed to go to his room for 5 minutes , crazy policy......

The beds are not comfortable at all. Hard as rocks. The employees though are very nice and friendly.
