It's like coming home. Everyone that worked here was genuinely helpful and at least one person spoke English. The staff that didn't speak English had google translate handy and was happy to use it. Fast checkin/checkout. I had a room with a balcony which was perfect for meals or enjoying the city views.
Lobby and restaurant area was motivational with free wifi if you want to work or take a meeting. Food was surprisingly awesome and I'm actually looking forward to my next stay to try some of the other things on the menu. Daily 2for1 HAPPY HOUR! Rooftop jacuzzi with incredible city views with tables and chairs to eat, lounge, whatever.
The room was incredible with full kitchenette stocked with dishes and a full-size refrigerator. Thermostatic shower system with a huge shower for a hotel. Fast wifi in the rooms and plenty of electrical outlets in all the right places. Huge flat screen with premium channel DirectTV. Comfy bed with down comforter.
Will return to Cali and stay here. The individual customer service was outstanding⭐️

The Aqua Grandada Hotel is a nice hotel, that has a bar downstairs with basic treats. There is a small carpark out front
I was able to park my Motorbike downstairs in the car park (secure). The rooms were nice and open, with fridge, microwave, air conditioning and a small balcony overlooking the main street.
WiFi was just basic and needs to be improved with 3.45 mbps download and 1.5 mbps upload. Alright for basic browsing but nothing else.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating to all my needs.
The bed was comfortable and nice.

Granada is the area to stay in Cali. Great rooms. Wonderful rooftop jacuzzi. Balconies are nice, however the road is noisy. But does not cause issues when balcony doors closed. Lovely hotel.
