Excellent staff, helpful and trying to make the best out of your stay there. Rooms are nicely equipped. Internet connection is excellent, the best I have experience in my many trips.
The only negative comment is the shower heads: tine holes that make you feel you are being washed in jail. To much pressure for a pleasant shower experience. Other than that, one of the best places to stay in Bogota.
