Never have I experienced such dire and inconvenient service. We spent two hours there and had hoped we could eat and then go to other social gathering. While we were happy to see the place wasn't packed,we did not anticipate the level of neglect to be experienced .Drinks were not refilled in a timely manner. The waitress dressed as a hula dancer disappeared totally and the food was never brought. It was like we were the forgotten table. Absolutely horrible. I finally had to beg for someone to assist us in getting a check and lo and behold, the food appeared, but unfortunately my appetite had disappeared 40 minutes prior. Horrible service. Unbelievable.

Visited in 2017 Aug. Everything we ordered was beyond expectation delicious. Not like any Fridays we've visited before.. well trained kitchen and staff. Changed my mind about Friday's. Will bring our family here again.

A little on the expensive side with food quality on par with such chain stores. The drinks list is good and the staff friendly.
