Went there. It's basically closed apart from a couple of shops at the bottom. And a few coffee shops.some signs saying they have gone to workers stadium
Locals told me that all shops inside had gone.

Since it was rebuilt as a fancy mall it is basically empty. Almost no customers go there any more. Only luxury shops left.
