Big bus station, be aware of where you need to get your bus. It is nicely situated close to a metro and there is food court and other shops

There are multiple choises of busses and destinations to choose from. However, its space seems to be a little reduced for the amount of people that circulate along the terminal every hour

In first place, cleanness is miserably maintained and general aesthetics is horrible.
Crowded the most and feels insecure with few security personal.
Insufficient space for sitting.
Passengers don't know when its bus arrive nor where !
Invisible personal that shows care for client.

Too crowded, messy, full of people offering informal ticket sales... But is the bigger bus terminal to go to the south of Chile, so you have to deal with it. Good things: McDonald's and stores offering cheap electronics, all kind of bags and souvenirs

I liked the Colonyal Style with The Dwiming Pool.
