I was excited for my pedicure as I had heard fantastic things about the quality of work and being sent home with a small bottle of the polish for touch ups. The spa was clean and seemed welcoming. The massage chair was not very good as it felt awkward and slightly uncomfortable. It was written in the email I received that the reflexology as suppose to be a half hour and I only received 15 mins . The girl doing my toes was lovely but unfortunately the lines on my toes were a little more sloppily done then they should be. I asked for the mini bottle of polish for touch ups to fix them when I got home and was told they no longer offer that as a perk. I'm glad that I went on at reduced price for a birthday month bonus and not have spent over 65 for the service. If I had paid full price would have been extremely unhappy.

Wonderful spa to relax, unwind and feel pampered! Came in for laser Lipo and the girls who work there are exceptionally sweet and know what they're doing! Clean inside and was very relaxing. Nice decore as well. I'll be continuing to come here for years to come.....loved it!

Bought myself and my sister a Groupon for lash extensions. They mostly fell out the day after on myself. I contacted the spa and they suggested a more experienced technician for my sister's and hers still fell out the next day. Also My sister's technician had a cold and wasn't wearing a face mask which ended up with my sister getting sick since she's only working a few inches from her face. Disgusting.
Upsetting because we had them done for a special occasion and they didn't even last to that day.
The spa was very good at offering another complimentary set and other services at discounted price. Don't recommend this place for lash extensions and not happy that they didn't send their employee home while they were sick with a cold.

My technician did a great job, however on the website it clearly stated that a therapeutic pedicure included 30minutes for a reflexology treatment for $20 more. It was a machine that was ineffective and was only for 15 minutes. I mentioned this when I paid, and she wasn't even aware of what was on the website! I was not offered an apology or compensation for this false advertising. Will not recommend or return.

Spent 1 hour 45 mins there and $80 on Feb 11th getting gel nails. 3 of the nails had fallen off in 24 hours. Gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was a bad bonder. Went back feb 13th spent another 1 hour 15 mins getting 8 out of 10 nails redone because most of them were lifting at that time. Was cut on at least one finger. They look nice so was satisfied. Go on my vacation... all of my nails are lifting and or fallen off again within a week. I've messaged the shop again and no replies. So save your money and go elsewhere.
