Went here for lunch and had the Hakata Ramen bowl. Truly phenomenal flavour. The broth was perfect. Completely satisfied when I was done. Highly recommended.
Something to note here is that if you're coming for Ramen, it's a lunch thing. You need to show up right when they open if it's a Friday or weekend day. We were there before it opened and got seats easily and service quickly.

Been here several times. One of the best sushi places in the city! Always busy though so call for reservation ahead of time and Wish they served udon at dinner!

Serving size is much smaller than expected based on the price. Prepare to pay at least $20+ per person.
The biggest gripe I have is that each time I've been here, they were severely understaffed. The staff is curt, and seem like they are on the brim of being overwhelmed. This doesn't create a good ambiance for enjoying your meal!

The food is fresh and well prepared. The staff is corteous and does not leave you waiting to order, yet are not pushy. The ambiance is cozy and dimly lit. Only downside is the cost, but it is fair to pay a higher price for a higher quality product and experience. Perfect place for a date, or for groups - very flexible! The place is small and although it was not busy when i went, i would still call ahead to make a reservation if you are determined to eat with them.

I like this place a lot. Darn good sushi for a landlocked province. Good service. Nice vibe. Strange that you have to pay at the counter and that it stops serving at 9.30 pm. But I guess that's a Winnipeg thing.
