This is my favourite restaurant in Winnipeg. The food is delicious, and the staff are friendly. You are treated as though you are apart of their family. If you are looking for a restaurant to visit, this is the place to go!

The best Vietnamese restaurant there is. The ice coffee is amazing, the food is to die for.

This place is amazing. The vermicelli is so good, the pho is top notch. The service could be faster but the food is worth the wait.

I'm from Calgary and have Pho on a pretty regular basis as there are tons to choose from back home. The noodle soup here is definitely one of the best I've ever had. Also ordered the spring rolls which were one of a kind and absolutely delicious. Doesn't look like much from the outside but inside is very nice. Super friendly staff and very reasonable prices. No complaints whatsoever.
Edit: Went back for round two a week later, Phuong greeted me and remembered exactly what I ordered last time! Tried the salad rolls this time. Delicious as expected. Incredible food and service, would give Viva more stars if I could.
