The waitress is super rude, she did not say hi as we came in, she was rude when we were ordering our food. This has to be one of the poorest customer service I have received, and it's sad because I love to support local owned restaurants /stores.

Yum, love the old school cafe type ordering. Friendly staff, family owned. Yummy food. Go check it out.

Our office ordered from here. The food we received was nothing short of terrible - I do not like to be negative but this food was atrocious. Fries were cold, under cooked and tasted of rancid oil, the salad had to be thrown out because the vegetables on it were rotten (yes – rotten), the clubhouse sandwich was soggy, gravy was tasteless with lumps of what appeared to be mushrooms (?) … the only thing that anyone had anything good to say about was the burger.
I see that people wrote nice things about this place so hopefully this was a one time thing but this was absolutely horrible food. You should not put rotting vegetables in a salad – that’s unacceptable.

Great Daily specials. The Luigi Burger is a huge tasty burger for a great price. Lots of seating. Friendly staff.

As their hours are 07:00 AM to 02:00 PM this is a breakfast and lunch only restaurant.
If you miss the old days of the cafeteria style Salisbury House's than you'll feel right at home with Luigi's. You order at the front, pay, and pour your own coffee or water. The food is brought to your table.
Although some people might not like the serve yourself coffee I loved it, you don't have to wait when your cup is empty and the coffee is great. The waitress does go around to the tables with a pot when there's time which is also nice.
I loved the breakfast potatoes although I did not care for the overpowering taste of the home made sausages or the flavourless eggs. The menu looks great though and I'll be back again.
