Not very clean. Person handling the buns isn't wearing gloves. They didn't have enough tongs, so they were grabbing ingredients with their hands. The burger ended up very messy and falling apart.

The food was actually pretty good, and the kitchen looked clean from the counter. However, I would like to say that both the customer area hygiene and customer service needed plenty of work.
The eating area was dirty, which made it very unappetizing --- tables were not wiped, empty beverage containers on the table, and the disposal containers looked as if they have never been cleaned for months. Not a pretty sight.
Nothing wrong with the attitude towards customers, but the service crew could reeaaally do with some enthusiasm. They were moving so sluggishly. There was no interest in working whatsoever. Ironically, I was kinda amused.
