Despite having a reservation for 8pm, we did not get seated until 9:15pm. This already ruined our experience that we were really looking forward to after much travel. The service was okay at the most, the food was probably good at most.

I enjoyed an excellent prime rib dinner here. The staff were friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was very nice. The location is very handy for me. I would come here any time I was in the mood for steak.

I went for a business lunch with 2 colleagues and I ordered the club sandwich from the lunch menu. When they brought my meal the three of us literally broke into laughter at the size of the sandwich itself. The rest of the lunch was jokes about when were they going to bring the other half out. It literally was about 4 inches long and 2 inches wide on french bread bun. It was laughable. Taste was fine, portion was a joke for the $16. Onion rings were decent. Overall was a good laugh. 1 colleagues burger did not look all that special, other colleague had nice looking chef salad type salad...think it was the Chop Salad.

First time ever at Chop, tonight. Always heard good things. Met friends for drinks and appetizers. Food was fresh, hot and flavorful. Ordered a Moscow Mule since they were on special. First one tasted great so I had another.... not so great.
When I got to.the bottom of my second Moscow Mule I noticed something odd about the inside of the copper mug. There was a paper coaster stuck in the bottom!! I couldn't believe it. This survived being cleared from a table, being run through the dishwasher (maybe) and marinating a new drink!!
I am very disappointed, given the hype and was expecting a better experience. Since I had already paid my bill,I was given a $20 gift card and told that this sometimes happens with those cups. How did this get past the bartender!?!?
Right now I'm not sure I will ever use the gift card, but thanks. Certainly won't order a Mule here if I do, I'll stick to clear glass, thanks.
