Loved it! I got the dynamite bento box which was decently priced and had lots of food. Everything was great quality. Good selection of beverages too.

The Cajun seared salmon sashimi is worth every penny and worth the trip in itself. Sushi rolls are well made and good value for money. The fish is always fresh and delicious. Good service and it can fill up at Friday lunch.

Likely due to the small size of the restaurant prices seemed quite high for the same level of quality that I would expect from any sushi joint in Winnipeg. When other venues offer all you can eat for 25$ it's tough to justify spending 13$ on a single signature roll.
If I were to return I'd be happier to order something like the bento box

A surprising treat for Winnipeg sushi.
Price are slightly high, but the quality of the food was excellent.
The Blufish scallops had an interesting presentation. There is a big selection of specialty rolls. The dessert was pretty standard.

Atmosphere is really nice, dessert was good, but the service was pretty bad. One of three tables in the place and they ignored us the entire time, both dirty gin martini's tasted like they were just straight shots of gin, and all 3 rolls had that expired fishy taste. I eat sushi in Winnipeg a lot & I know it can only ever be so fresh when you're landlocked in the middle of the country. But given the number of amazing sushi spots in the peg, I won't be giving this one another try.
