The gym is great, there daycare is awful. 3 stars puts them smack dab in the middle.

An excellent, central location for those working in downtown. I usually go after getting off work at 4 but will go early for my later shift. The track proves a big draw for me, a place to walk without feeling like a hamster if I stayed with the treadmill.
I live the variety of people, different body types, all of us just wanting to keep healthy and blow off stress. The staff are helpful and try their best to rectify problems. The New gate system works well and can free them up to answer questions.
I wished they had something to attach the keys rather than improvising something. St. James had safety pins in their keys perhaps those bungee keychain like they sell at Staples or the dollar store. (Just a thought.) Otherwise I enjoy my time.

The best gym i've been to so far. It doesn't seem like they're trying to take my money every time I visit. The drop in price is cheap and the machines work fine.

This is the best gym in Winnipeg. It has swimming pool, basketball courts, running track and a very well equipped gym. I love to go there for swimming. It's great for kids too.
