Receptionist friendly. Clinic waiting area & exam room clean. Went on a walk-in basis. Waited 15 min to be seen. Dr. V. Tawfik was friendly and informative. I'm very satisfied.

Amazing clinic. I can't say enough good things about it. I always feel very welcomed by staff.

Dr. Ballestas was very disrespectful to both myself and my wife. He was absolutely too prideful and condescending to be able to deal with. I have numerous medical conditions and instead of admitting that he was unable to juggle everything he decided to degrade and berate us and tell me to not take so much medication (all of which are necessary for my medical conditions). After a visit to his office My wife was literally in tears. His nurse practitioner is excellent, but Ballestas lacks any kind of bedside manner. Between him and his "nurse" Ulna, it's heck trying to visit this office. Michael, the NP, makes up for it though.

Dr. Ballestas has been my primary care physician for the past sixteen years. He has always been available, extremely bright and competent to make the diagnosis and prescribe the right treatment. He gets it right the first time! In addition, he is one of the most caring doctors I've had the privilege of knowing and taking care of me and his attitude extends to his staff. I thank God for him and his service to this community. His service extends outside the community as well as in his service to the victims of 9/11 in New York and overseas too. He is one in a million!
