Ordered balloons and paid over the phone a few days before a Birthday party for my best friend. When came in to pick up the balloons, few hours before the party, turned out that this are not the balloons I ordered (I specified at my order for them to be "gold"...I got blue). When told the employee that this is not what I ordered, she did not tried to help me or something, didn't say anything. just went to her manager and asked he to "deal" with me.
Of course they have not had any balloons that I needed. I requested a refund.. Didn't have time to go somewhere else to get the balloons. The Birthday surprise was ruined... Don't even bother to call and order, the employees cannot even accurately write your order down!
