First suit didn’t fit well and without question they got the information needed to fix it and got a new jacket made right away! Very quick response time and strong determination to ensure 100% satisfaction. Final product was awesome and customer service is top shelf. Would highly recommend

I respect the hustle of the guys who started the company and the entrepreneurial spirit but the end product sucks! Suits that do not fit. far too many issues. The have potential, and for long term success they need some (a lot) of fine tuning.

This is my favourite and best fitting suit, for the best price. Great customer service. The pants didn't initially fit, but it was my fault for making poor measurements. I went to the tailor, who made the correct measurements for me. I sent in the new measurements, and i had a new pair of pants sent to me within days. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

For our wedding, the groom and grooms men all ordered their suits with Eph Apparel and through every step of the process they were nothing but kind and helpful. Being the bride (and wanting to of course know every detail) I was kept in the loop for each part. Even when one of the men forgot to order a tie, I was quickly notified incase it was a mistake or not and was able to fix a problem before it happened. There are so many custom options that no matter what you are looking for you can find.

I found Eph through a random ad on the internet and has been one of my best discoveries to date. Getting measured in person was an awesome experience and I was never pressured into buying anything while I was there. Customer service was always very fast and responsive, eager to answer any questions I may have had. When I did place an order for a few dress shirts, I was amazed at the quality and fit. Being someone with a more athletic build and an especially longer torso, off the rack dress shirts have never fit me quite right...until now. I look forward to filling my wardrobe with clothes that ACTUALLY fit for years to come!
