Great company - don't listen to the haters on here. SmartCoverage is an insurance broker and not an insurance company. They've always been great at finding the lowest cost insurance on the market for me and their customer service is high quality. The people complaining on here should be directing their ire to the insurance company that's screwing them and not the insurance broker. #HeresUrSign

This is the worst company to go with. I was insured with the company since 2009 and never really had any issues. Until last month when I wanted to add my husband to my policy (we were recently married.) He has had two tickets on his file and said they would not add him, and if I did not add him as a high risk driver to my policy they would also cancel my policy. I was very confused with what was happening as no one could tell me why my policy would be cancelled. No one was willing to help they were extremely rude and every time I asked to speak to a manager, they claimed they were the manager. This went on for three weeks until I cancelled my policy on my own as I went to a BETTER insurance company. When speaking to Kyle, he said there would only be a 60 dollar cancellation fee. I said fine, I am cancelling. Now I am hit with a 400 cancellation fee. My policy is up for renewal in three weeks anyways, so I am rather frustrated. No one can tell me what is going on or no one even wants to help me. It is very misleading and unprofessional. Hopefully, someone with brains from this company is reading and will contact me regarding these issues.

These turds are good when you don't have to claim anything. Lies, untrustworthy and be prepared to chase them around when something does happen and don't expect them to correct themselves or back you when they f*#k up. You'll be paying more out of your pocket keep it local so it's easier to do face to face when some company is ripping you off. You've been warned.

I have had only great experiences with this brokerage, the customer service has always been great..... they are always helpfull especially Eileen and Vince..... I have dealt with them many times over the phone and have been a smartcoverage customer for about 3-5 years.
