They never have prime rib when we go. And really if you are gonna pay $200 for two people to eat and drink it's probably a good idea to give better service it's starting to feel like the keg is fast food of the steak game . Their baked garlic shrimp is to due for tho.

Went there last night for my sons 21st birthday...special occasion..there were about 9 of us and we were really looking forward to an awesome meal and great service. We were disappointed.....the service really lacked!! We arrived at 6:15...no one came to take our drink order until 6:25....we didn't get our drinks until 10 minutes later! We had to wait about 40 minutes for our food order! We were starving...I get that you are busy...but you could of brought is some complimentary bread to our table to tie us over.....The waitress hardly checked on us....my food was cold when I got it....ughhh...when I'm paying more than the average restaurant I expect more than that. Don't think we will be back

30 minute wait time for a party of two on a friday night. Overall ambience is as expected. The server was on top of things and the service speed was reasonable considering the amount of patrons.

We love the Keg. Always have. This surprisingly busy steak restaurant has always delivered on the quality of its meats and seafoods. We think it’s good value for the money.

Great location, service was quick and timely. Food was amazing and portions were very generous. Atmosphere was a bit too dense as music was a bit too loud, but not to the point where it became annoying. Overall great!
