Yana and Dr. Meeker are amazing! Yana puts you at ease right away. She is highly skilled and really takes her time to give you the results you want! Great experience and I will definitely be back!

My first experience with derma spa was amazing and certainly will not be my last. Was greeted by friendly staff and met with Paula. She has a natural ability to make you feel like you've known her forever. She was so informative about products, procedure, and risks before and after. she explained everything in absolute detail in a way that was understandable with someone that did not share her vast knowledge about the industry. It was a wonderful experience and I feel so much more self confidence and it is amazing to feel that after years of not. Thank you derma spa for putting a smile back on my face. I will recommend derma spa to everyone I know with great confidence in the experience they will have being just as fabulous as mine.

My daughter gave me a 150.00 G.C. and I decided to pamper myself all in one day. I started with a wonderful relaxing as well as working on my hip area from Donna. Then Marion gave me a great pedicure and then onto a manicure! Wonderful morning for sure.

I have been to Derma Spa twice and saw Paula and Dr Meeker both times. They both had so much patience even through a lengthy treatment appointment, and they communicated clearly throughout to put me more at ease. Paula is so incredibly talented with an absolutely expert eye: it was evident immediately that she has years of experience and mastery, and I have so much trust for her opinion and insight! Dr. Meeker was extremely gentle and caring, and she took the time to explain the process of procedures thoroughly to make me feel comfortable and less anxious. My first visit had been following a terrible experience I had with a different clinic in Vancouver, and Derma Spa was the only clinic in Victoria willing to help me correct the problems that had been caused. In our consultation, Paula was so understanding, reassuring, and kind, and she and Dr Meeker corrected everything and helped me feel confident again. I am so grateful to have found the the care and expertise that Derma Spa provides, and I am looking forward a third appointment very soon!

Great experience! Paula was so great! Everyone clearly explained what the procedure was like, what it involved and the risks. I felt like an informed patient who was fully engaged in the process. The consultation was great, no one was pushy or rushed me to book an appointment. The staff are so knowledgable and I had great results!
