Very courteous, freindly and professional staff. Great facility. Also, the pool next door is very convenient should you need that type of therapy. Also, like others: I love the text and email confirmation of appointments. This is so convenient!

It's an odd thing to say "I look forward to going to therapy" but I do. I've been going since the end of June after a very bad fall. I fractured my left wrist and injured fingers in both hands. Both Kayla and Lynnette in reception are warm, friendly, and competent. I've been very fortunate to have Paul Gumbley as my therapist, and more recently, Allison, as my kinesiologist. I have made huge progress and I owe it to their consistent treatment. I have absolutely nothing negative to say and highly recommend them both.

I'm an extremely active person and have been here for 4 separate injuries and have seen 2 therapists. Always super friendly and helpful, and easy to get in for an appointment. It's not as hands on as other sports therapy I've had in the past however it seems to be working for me with the exercises and stretches I'm given.
