Nice views and community garden. Needs a playground.

Gorge park is set along the banks of the Gorge waterway. From there you can see the reverse falls found under the Tillicum bridge. There is a ferry that comes on a regular basis to pick up or drop off foot passengers. An assortment of traffic (bikes, scooters, hikers, dog walkers, families, etc) often travel on the trails found throughout the park. Recently, a community garden has been established and provides opportunities to gather and build community. There is a latrine available for public use as well.

Beautiful area to visit. I went for a nice run through the area and it was so peaceful. People are very friendly.

Beautiful gardens. The gorge changes all of the time because of the tides. Lots of wildlife - see owls all of the time. Beautiful park in the city.

The Gorge is always beautiful. I enjoy walks with family or friends along the water which has well kept walkways and washroom facilities. It is accessible for all too which is nice. There are a few beachy areas and a nice coffee shop as well. The Gorge Esquimalt Park and Japanese Gardens are stunning.
