Excellent location in Victoria. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff in the office.
Very very clean wash rooms and showers and laundry mat. For the size of the place and the amount of people families pets Etc on this property it is extremely quiet.

This is a great place to stay in Victoria when one is on the road, but needs a place to stop and stay awhile. Once one parks the vehicle or pitches a tent, public transportation to Victoria's Vibrant Downtown Core is close by.
Meanwhile, the Fort Victoria RV Park has its own pleasant charm. The Skyline is dominated by a striking balance of old and new. One of the Bastions of the original Fort Victoria competes with the major infrastructure of BC Hydro's Tower Powers and Transmission Lines.
The Shower and Laundry Facilities are top notch. Endless hot water showers and flush toilets are an added luxury. While there is an outdoor dish-washing area, this facility lacks an outdoor kitchen equipped with food prep areas and electrical power plugs for portable cookers.
Colourful local characters abound, and there is a strong community feel to the Park. It is possible to find a secluded wilderness serene spot on site for private picnicking or quiet contemplation by the side of Craigflower Creek, but it takes some exploring.
Recent local infrastructure includes a Public Safety Facility very nearby for those unexpected health emergencies or fires. On a lighter note, a regional cycling and walking trail has added to connect to far flung wilderness areas accessible without a car.
Staff at the Fort Victoria RV Park are the epitome in local Canadian friendliness and have a wealth of local knowledge which they are more than happy to share with visitors.
Once one stays at the Fort Victoria RV Park, one will never want to leave. Be that as it may, if the Road beckons, it is good know one can always come back, because it has always and always will be here.

Nice if somewhat urban rv park. Level pads. Good washrooms. Convenient location. Easy hookups. Friendly staff.

This RV park is mostly dedicated to long term occupants but they do have a number of transient sites which we have been using for years. There is no swimming pool or hot tub and the WiFi is super slow but the place is very clean and tidy, the washrooms, laundry and showers are excellent so it comes down to; location, location; location. This park is located in a fabulous area of the Victoria peninsula and provides very convenient access to all that Victoria has to offer. Dog friendly too!
