Food is always excellent.. ..service is always aweful. Will continue to order delivery through Skip the Dishes but doubt we'll give them another chance in house

I got a coupon in the mail for half off on fish and chips, so I thought I'd give them a try. The fish and chips are well prepared, but the quality of the fish didn't seem up to par with places like Red Fish Blue Fish. The slaw seemed like it had been prepared a couple of days earlier. The service wasn't exactly warm, but it was efficient and they refilled my coffee. Everyone else's food looked great, so I'll probably try it again and order something else, Then maybe I'll raise this place to four stars. But don't go out of your way for the fish and chips, and don't order it without a coupon, because it would definitely be overpriced. They had a chicken vindaloo special that I probably should have ordered instead.

I'd have to have another meal here to know if its better than average - I had a coupon for free breakfast, so thought I'd try it. The eggs bene was good, on par with most ( the hollandaise was actually pretty good). Decent enough spot, although an odd location. The service & ownership is super friendly.

Wonderful atmosphere, the gentleman who served us was very pleasant. 14$ FOR A BURGER AND PINT OF BEER. You can't beat that. Or their prices for the record, the whole menu is affordable and reasonably priced, liquor is cheaper than the competition, and they don't sacrifice quality for price!

Server was very nice and understanding, but there was something in the bottom of my cup that made my ginger ale taste like sucking on bitters.... I had to drink my hubbys coke to get rid of the taste.
My husband's coleslaw tasted like soap... Mine was okay.
Fish was all batter, and very hard to cut through. Plate was COVERED in fries heaped so high that I couldn't cut my fish without spilling them onto the table.
I wish this experience was better, but sadly it was not good at all.
