I hadn't been to Suki's in years, as my hairstylist Ricki-Lee left the country, I was then a regular client, she was the best. I had called in last week to set up an appointment at the same location Ricki-Lee worked at, I mentioned I was her previous client and I was looking for something with same style to cut my hair. The female that picked up the phone stated he was new with the company and didn't know Ricki-Lee but she was going to ask senior staff, who they would recommend. She comes back on the phone, and looked up my file, stated she can tell that Ricki-Lee needed extra time for my haircut and that she left recommendations for me to see Silvia, who was not available But their sr. staff recommended me to see one of their Jr's that had same style as Silvia. Here I was confident, that I was being well taken care of, that was not the case, coming my appointment this week, I got this hair cut, which was 1950's hair bop, (so disappointed), nothing at all that I asked for. the stylist even asked if I wanted my hair to be able to do a pony tail, I said yes, I tried to put it in a pony tail since, it looks like my small dog's rat tail (horrible). I paid my $75 plus bill, told the front lady how disgusted I was from the 1950's hair cut that I never asked for. so disappointed and upset how they mix matched their recommendations on the stylist they picked for my hair style. Literally went home and cried. my trust is broken from this experience.

I use to be a client of Suki's nothing special,never liked my color,cuts.Very poor customer service,your forced to spend your hard earned money at their salon when a customer is unhappy. Indirectly you are Forced for redo's,instead of a refund where you can go where ever the customer wants.
I went to another salon and got what my money's worth great haircut,no stress,fuss or redo's this hairdresser knows her stuff.At Suki's always issues of some sort.
NO and NO I do not recommend this over priced salon.

Candice would not book an appt because I was being accused of not paying,which was untrue.
After looking into the matter I had to cut/paste from my bank account info, so you ppl could see I had paid that is nonsense BS to put a customer through all that. had to prove I had paid.. Then Sukie was willing to book but I was not interested after being treated so poorly by all of YOU.There is your answer,if you really had wanted to fix this issue you Mr Ownr, would have returned my call.It is just so you can look good on google/public.

Great people who are fun and love what they do. Got a short hair cut from Lisa which I am in love with.
