I've always had great RMT massages here. Victoria is awesome! One star off for not offering health insurance submissions. It would really make for a great customer experience.

Never again. While trying to make an appointment, I found they were never able to take your call. Finally was able to leave a message to make an appointment, and to my surprise, I found my call was very quickly replied to. As a returning customer, I found the customer experience to be very poor. Attempting to make an appointment for the following day, the receptionist demanded my credit card information in order to make the appointment, after explaining how I was uncomfortable with that and I was returning customer the receptionist demanded a deposit. I again pointed out I was a returning customer and at work, asked to speak to the office manager, was told no one was available. When I asked to leave my contact information for further follow-up, I was abruptly hung up on. Very poor customer service, and never again.

It was an okay experience. The massage was only okay for the price point nothing above and beyond. $135 after taxes for 60 minutes. I felt quite sore the days after i got my massage as well I'm assuming it's supposed to feel that way.. But yeah it was just okay. Not enough kneading for me just a personal preference, I felt like it was more of applying pressures and slowly easing out the pain.

I booked a massage with Dave and it was a fantastic first experience with Spruce. Very calm and professional setting, friendly staff, and Dave was very intuitive at finding all the stress points in my back. Will definitely return.
