They have a big sign beside the cash register that says you can return any product within 60 days for any reason. I purchased a set of smaller cream bottles but when I tried to return them (unopened) I was told the return policy doesn't apply to this type of product. This wasn't mentioned to me by the salesperson or anywhere on the product so I'm not sure how customers are expected to know about it.
Based on that I wouldn't really trust much of what they say or promise.

This place can take all my money. I am always so happy with the service I receive at this location and I always recommend this place to my friends. In fact, if you are reading this review right now there is a 90% chance you are my friend and I have already ranted to you about skoah. For the 10% of you who aren't my friend, I feel like we could probably be friends and get facials here together and you'd be pretty happy with your life decisions.

Staff is amazing, been struggling to find a good place that would listen to my needs and help me with some skin problems I have. So far the staff is amazing, products are not as expensive and the facials are gentle. Just started beeing a member and I love it so far.

I showed up on time for my appointment, but the esthetician was trying to sell product to the client with the appointment ahead of me. No one apologized for keeping me waiting. They offer you water which is served from a jug on the counter. I'm not sure if it was plain tap water or filtered water. At least it should come from a water dispenser which isn't exposed to open air. Also they used mugs so I'm not sure if it is rinsed or how it is cleaned which makes me question the sanitary issue. The facial service was very average, combined with high pressure to purchase product. The free lip balm is gross.
