I have been getting hair cut consistently by Kris (at Poised) since forever. She's an amazing hair stylist. Her men's cut is by far the best. The staff there are quite friendly. I sometime get my nails done too and it's always flawless. They are very busy and it does get crowded. Best to book in advance, especially if you want to hook hair with Kris.

My gf went there for a nail treatment. However, after one staff removed the old ones from two of her nails, she said she does not know how to deal with hard gel??? And the only person who can do that is fully booked so they cannot do it today. She also questioned my gf why did not tell her that my gf had hard gel on top when making the reservation. I mean, we assume you know this kind of basic stuff when making the appointment.. And why didnt you tell my gf AFTER you have removed two of her nails?? No apologize at all!! Extremely BAD attitudes to customers!!! WOULD NEVER GO BACK!

Kris at Poised has been doing my hair for two years now and I couldn't be happier with her performance. When I was travelling for a bit, I ending up going to a few other places out of convenience and during that short time, I realized how important it is to have a hairstylist who knows your hair and is good at what they do. Kris is also the manager and from what I can tell, she has a good rapport with the existing staff and is also courteous with clients over the phone and in person. She always takes the time and puts in the extra effort.

I always go here for my haircut by Kris. The service is excellent and they always have time and room for an appointment. Kris does an awesome job in ensuring you get what you want, making room in her schedule when needed. Solid client service. Recommended.
