I absolutely love this place! The staff is wonderful, the ambiance is warm & welcoming and the level of service cannot be beat! I have seen many of the stylists over the past couple of years (most recently Laura, who was wonderful!) and I have always had a great experience. I have long hair and every time I have gone in for highlights, I can completely trust that my stylist will do what is best for my hair. The team at Pink Lime is very professional, so you can completely sit back, relax and know that you’re well taken care of!

This was actually really disappointing. After reading all the great reviews online, I was very much looking forward to the styling of my hair. I booked an appointment to get curls done for a big event I was going to. The stylist was very rough with the wash and got water and shampoo all over my ears and cheek. I had gotten a facial earlier that day and soap from my hair was dripping down my face. On top of this, he was washing my hair and some other guys' hair at the same time! switching between both of us. I have never seen this in any salon, especially a high-end one in Yale town. Once my wash was done, the styling was just as bad. I had asked for curls - tight curls, and I ended up with barely waves. Could've easily done that at home. At one point, he knew it didn't turn out the way I wanted, as he said that I shouldn't touch my hair so it would last longer? I walked out very disappointed because I had an important event to go to. Well, one good thing, the reception girl was nice and they offer you a glass of wine.

Absolutely perfect!! I had my first visit on Saturday and am so happy I've found my new home! Everyone was so welcoming and Joseph and team worked magic on me... I just love my colour & cut! I can't wait for my next appointment... thank you all for providing me with such a special day...

Had a haircut here today, the gentleman trimmed my eyebrows and slipped, cut me fairly deep right above my eye. Didn’t appear to feel bad, and still had the nerve to charge me $40. I have two big events in the next 8 days that I now have a gash on my face for. Won’t be returning, poor customer service. Accidents happen, but charging $40 after cutting my face is ridiculous.

I’ve been getting my hair colouring, cuts, styling, eyebrow waxing, nails and every beauty need here and the service is always exceptional! Ibrahim is such a pleasure to work with- always accommodating, always makes sure I’m 100% happy with my service. I’m always looking forward to come because it’s also therapeutic! Love my hairstylist Sarah.
Vanessa has been the only one to deal with my pickiness for eyebrows.
