I've had a few things done here at Pender Medi Spa and Ive been happy with everything!
I've recently had cool sculpting done with Gabrielle at Pender Medi Spa as well and although it is too soon to talk about results, i will say that she is amazing!! She made me feel extremely comfortable and at home and made sure i had everything I needed to make the process as pleasant as possible. She answered all my questions with honesty and I felt extremely comfortable given her immense knowledge and experience. I would recommend her To everyone wanting to get this procedure done or just to simply have a consultation to see if its right for them. 5 stars through and through!

5 stars for a 5 star treatment, I had a Silkpeel facial which left my skin glowing and radiant.... No easy task given my difficult oily problematic skin.
Sally and all of the staff here are warm, professional and truly know their stuff. Thank you for making me feel at ease, I will definitely recommend to my friends!

I'm absolutely delighted with the whole experience I've received from Pender.
I had Cool Sculpting done on my lower stomach, to get rid of some extra pounds that have decided to haunt me for the past 15 years. I'm a business man so I don't have time for hours in the gym each day. This was a great time saving alternative to get rid an area that has been a rather sensitive subject for me around a pool, or other outdoor activity that would typically have me taking my shirt off.
Every person that I bumped into while in their facility was warm, welcoming, and seemed very knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend asking for Gabriele, as she was young lady that took care of my treatment.
A bit of a more in depth look of my experience:
I arrived a bit early for my 11am appointment. The front desk reception greeted me with a smile on his face and invited me to the tea room for a cup of tea from their selection. Shorty after I started sipping my tea I was greeted by Gabriele, who was going to be giving me my assessment, and performing the procedure if I opted to do so.
Gabriele was very friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed happy to answer any question I had. There wasn't any pressure for a sale. She absolutely left the ball in my court with if, and when I wanted to proceed. I was very comfortable with the information she provided me with, and decided to proceed with my first treatment on the spot.
Gabriele then invited me into one of the procedure rooms where she went over some more details about the procedure to ensure I’m knowledgeable about what I’ll be experiencing.
Through-out the procedure Gabriele made sure I was comfortable with whatever I wanted... coffee, tea, water.
After the procedure she allowed me to relax, until I felt comfortable to drive, which was approximately 15-20 minutes.
Prior to leaving she once again went over what I may experience over the next few days. She provided her number on the back of one of their business cards, and told me to contact her if I had any questions about the treatment as she wanted me to have complete piece of mind.
I’m very happy with the results thus far, and apparently it’s going to continue to improve over the next couple months.
I’d strongly recommend Pender, and am actually looking at going back for laser hair removal, and a couple other things to put a smile on my face and build confidence.
Huge thanks to their entire team that who made me feel like I was their number 1 client.
