Pamela was so sweet and personable when I got my full volume set, she is super professional and my lashes are still completely in tact after two weeks! I was laid down on a heated bed pad and everything in the studio was very clean and sanitized. I love how my lashes look and I'll definitely be coming back!

I honestly don't post many reviews unless it is something that blows me away. I've had lash extensions for about a year and I don't know what I would do without them. I was going to a really "high end" well known place but I've noticed the work to be mediocre over time and inconsistent. It was also too far for me. When I found out about pampered lash bar - I wanted to try simple because it was much closer to me. Pamela was so amazing - she was thorough and explained every step of the process to make sure I was comfortable. She even asked me what music I prefer so she really caters to your preferences. My lashes have never looked better and they've lasted longer in these two weeks than when I got my lashes done at my old place (they would fall out within a couple days and was bare/sparse by two weeks). I'm so glad I switched over and I can't wait to go back

Booked an appt, paid a deposit. Showed up and she had no record (though she'd received my deposit from her booking system). So despite booking weeks in advance, having arranged for childcare, rushed to get there on time- I left with nothing.

Had an email confirmation I showed her, but she just said she didn't see anything on her end. Not. My. Problem.

Yes, she refunded my deposit, but I am still out my childcare costs, my time to get there, and also didn't get the service I counted on.

As a small business owner, if you randomly and unaccountably receive a deposit payment that is mysteriously not attached to any date, you should follow up and sort it out proactively - and don't blame the first time client for not knowing I should have received a reminder email two days before.

Pamela ALWAYS does an awesome job. She especially makes sure youre getting quality service by ensuring youre getting what you want and by making the effort to care about youe lashes. She is really sweet as well!
