You know a product and or service is good when on your second exposure your experience is greater than the first!
I can't honestly find anything wrong with Meta Rest Spa. It's very clean, quiet and spacious.
Best sauna I have ever used.
I guess only issue is all the money I am going to spend here!!!

Great way to relieve stress and relax. As someone who works in health care I plan to go here a lot. Floating takes a little while to get used to, but once you settle in it is amazing.

There are no words for how amazing Metta is! They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The facility is stunning, clean, and so well thought out. Highly recommend.

This place is absolute heaven. The ambience is truly serene and inspiring. The service level of the staff is excellent and the float tanks are the best in the city.
For anyone experiencing injury and/or stress, I highly recommend floating. But, do it right - experience Metta Rest Spa.

I had my first float rest experience today. It was fantastic: a dreamy, soothing and rejuvenating experience. I met a couple of other friendly customers in the relaxation lounge after my float both of whom told me how the curative properties of floating had profoundly changed their lives for the better. I suffer from chronic low back pain due to arthritis and look forward to adding the experience of weightlessness to my regular wellness routine. I settled into the pod in pain and emerged pain-free.
The staff were welcoming and informative and I will be spreading the word to everyone I know who might benefit from such a deep relaxation experience. Thank you Nicole and David DeNierre for introducing me to a whole new world.
