I have been going to Elan for lash extensions since November 2014. At first, I wouldn't go to anyone but Tammy as I find her to be exceptional at applying extensions. I had extensions done once at a place in Coquitlam and they all fell off within 2 days. I was shocked but didn't complain since I had got them done through a Groupon and figured they did a crappy job because I paid a fraction of the price. Well, the first time I went to Elan it was also with a Groupon and the lashes lasted 6 weeks!! I was hooked. I've been going for fills consistently since. In the past year, I have switched to Phoebe whom I find to be way more attentive, less rushed, and makes me feel like a valued customer. Tammy is way too busy for her own good and in turn, her customer relations have suffered. I have sent several friends and coworkers to Elan and tell them all to ask for Phoebe. She is AMAZING. I cannot stress enough how awesome this girl is. I have also started getting Brazilian waxing done (2x so far). Pary is the waxing queen. She has a way of making me feel comfortable during a very uncomfortable procedure. And the price is phenomenal!! Phoebe and Pary make this place the awesome place that it is and I pray neither of them ever leaves!!

No double dipping! :) quaint and quiet place.
Everything is online..guess they are going green with no flyers/brochures. Service is great.

This is the by far the worst experience I've ever had in any cosmetic sense. Never go here unless you want them to get glue stuck in ur eye and while you lay there with eyes stinging and tears running down your face, they leave to go wax someone for 30 mins. She literally cut my natural eyelashes trying to get the glue out and used her finger to try and take it out while simultaneously stabbing me in the eye. They were so incredibly rude and mean. My eyes still burn many days later and so many of the eyelashes were posted the wrong way around and poke me in the eye. She used was to much glue in my water line and my eyes look bloodshot everyday. DONT GO HERE

First I've had extension many times and know how to take care of them. I bought a groupon and had my lashes done by Linda before Christmas. I felt sting soon after she started and my eyes hurt for a day after (she blamed it on my, said my eyes were slightly open). Half fell out within a week and took out a lot of my natural lushes. After two weeks, there were barely anything left. I went back to get them removed. Linda came to me during the removal (when my eyes were closed) and sorta apologized but still blamed it on me. Now lots of baby lashes are growing back because so many fell out after this extension. Overall it was a traumatizing experience and definitely not worth $99. I wont recommend this place to anyone but if you are thinking about checking it out, maybe don't go with Linda.
