Bianca, Matt and Sonia have truly made every appointment a great experience I've had at this location. They go above and beyond to see to it I get everything I need, and more, from my experience.
There's nobody I trust more with my hair than Bianca. As a hairdresser she goes above and beyond to bring to life every vision I have for my hair and doesn't stop till it's perfect. 10/10 on every aspect from customer service to knowledge (letting me know the health of my scalp and hair) and technique. Her down to earth personality and great sense of humour makes all appointments all the more fun! She takes the time to listen to my concerns and makes sure every hair cut is functional for me and work. I give her full credit for my luscious head of healthy hair and send everyone I know her way. And although I've got a head full of thick, dark, long and curly hair it's a challenge Bianca always accepts and conquers perfectly.
Matt books my appointments for me and does his best to find a way to make everything work with my work schedule. Absolutely always a pleasure to deal with even if I have to late cancel due to work scheduling, truly understanding and accommodating. Even when I'm just walking by on my lunch break he's always so welcoming I usually go in for a quick chat!
Nicole who used to work there did my eyebrows and she was amazing, I didn't know if I'd ever be able to find anyone who could give me exactly what I wanted. My experiences with her have always been great but I believe she moved on and since then I've been seeing Sonia who has done an amazing job and keeping my eyebrows in great shape. She's always calm, listens to everything I want from my eyebrows and provides flawlessly.
I did have one experience with a previous hair stylist there where I found her very rough with my hair and as soon as I discussed my concerns they were dismissed. After speaking with the front about my appointment they heard me and redirected me to Bianca and it's been nothing short of amazing since.
All three of these individuals have truly gone above and beyond in making me feel comfortable, welcome and heard. You guys are doing a great job and I'll continue my hair care and eyebrows here for as long as they're around. Thank you guys so much! I can't stress it enough. Over the last few years the consistency and care and skill has been the biggest reason, among so many other great things, that I do stay so loyal to them. Great work guys!

Went here for a colour this past spring. The hair stylist gave me a full head of beautiful silvery blond baby lights, and months later it still looks amazing! People compliment my hair ALL the time, even to this day. I will definitely be going back. Thanks Bianca!

This was my first experience with Aveda Eco Chic Salon. I've been to other Aveda Salons and loved their attentive care. The staff and stylist were very friendly but it was too expensive for the service. I got a haircut for $75 and was in and out of the salon in 25 minutes. I didn't really have time to register I was getting a haircut, it happened so fast. The stylist didn't give me a chance to take a look at the back of my hair and I left in kind of a confused state. When I got home I realized the stylist just thinned out my already thin hair, leaving it straggly-looking and uneven on either side. It's a bad cut for my hair...I won't go back.

The staff and stylists there are amazing, they know their stuff! I always get an amazing cut from my stylist there and I LOVE the product choices. I recommend this place to everyone!
