Doesn't even deserve one star!! We had asked for a quote when we're booking in and when we had finished we got charged extra, we then said we were quoted the lesser price and they said we'll this is how much it is. Well what happened to the customer is always right!!! The couch for the pedicures were so old and uncomfortable, I had French gel done and she did a terrible job it's not even and even worse it's not a smooth line. The atmosphere was terrible felt I couldn't even speak to who I went with. Both the front desk staff and the staff doing the treatments were terrible! What was supposed to be a nice relaxing end to the weekend has left me feeling angry and sore from the couch. I do NOT recommend going here it is way overpriced and the service is shocking!!

Talk about a run down whole in the wall. I think they get people after they see the celebrity shots on the wall but after they take you into the basement you quickly see those glory days are far behind them.

The staff were excellent but the facilities are very run down. The table for facials was extremely uncomfortable. The place badly needs upgrading!

Been going here for pedicures and massages for a number of years. Clean, quiet, very relaxing, staff is super accommodating. Love this place.

Horrible room and massage for couples. Facial was really good, but unfortunately the massage kinda ruined it for us. My wife and I booked a couples massage on new years. They make you change in the men's locker room shared with the hotel. Its horrible. I expect a private changing room and shower with a massage. Waiting (they call it relaxation room) is a communal room, sorta kinda makes you feel like you are on a cattle boat going scuba. Beware, the room for couples massage is upstairs, its cold, bright, the heater is noisy and has an annoying buzzing sound, exactly what you don't want while trying to enjoy a relaxing massage. Our massage therapist was no better. They basically just rub their hands all over you body in random movements. No technique, none. However, afterwards the facial was the best ever. It includes hand, scalp, massage and this time the person i had was awesome. She was so good. I almost wished i had only gone in for the facial. she was superb. But overall, the experience was not worth a repeat visit.
