Restaurants and stores galore. Place is perhaps a bit rundown though. Adequate free parking. Still well worth regular visits.

Went for dim sum at Fortune Restaurant. Outstanding food. OK service. Very good prices.

I only come here to go to T&T. I noticed it's a lot more quiet here than it used to be. Maybe people are shopping elsewhere for groceries? Otherwise, still a good location for Chinese restaurants upstairs.

Primarily catering to people interested in Chinese food. There is a dim sum place on the upper level. I have been there many times. It is good. There is a Hong Kong style soup place on the upper level. It serves very good soup. You choose the stock and the vegetables and fish or meat. Big serving. Can't eat all. Good service. Then they have a liquor store and another small restaurant, a grocery store and a large T&T on the lower floor. Parking can be challenging. The lower parking is better than the smaller upper parking.
