The shopping centre is under construction now. Only the Bank of Montreal, the liquor store, the dance studio and the Safeway pharmacy are open.

Its just a Safeway and liquor store. Not really a mall if that's what you are looking for.

The place is currently under renovation / construction. The Safeway is in operation there, but very very minimal to packaged and shelved goods (no produce). The pharmacy acts as the cashier. Only go here, if you're looking for the basic necessities such as water, toiletries, and the usual things you'd find in a pharmacy.
From the main parking lot outside, you'd have to go through a boarded off corridor to access the few stores that are left there.
If you want produce, I'd suggest going to the Loblaws on Arbutus and W 16th Ave or Kerrisdale on W 41st.
I'll update this review when they've completed the renovation.

The site is under construction with a few shops remaining open (not for long though). The anchor stores are Safeway and BC Liquor Store, and there is plenty of free parking.
