Just went over and ordered "pasta of the day"
The way it served was horrible.
For 19 dollars you should expect something a little bit more "high class" than what I got on the plate.
Don't take me wrong I am not trying to be a snob but...
I left the whole plate almost untouched.

1. Presentation was terrible
2. Pasta was overcooked
3. They mixed it with some kind of un undefined vegetables medley
4. No taste whatsoever.
5. Waiter did not care at all about how I felt.
6. Menager did not even end looked at me when I left.

By the way.... I paid for it.
Not looking for freeby.
Insulting experience!

Fabulous view. Great service and very good food. Family owned! I will be back :)

We ate here 3 days in a row because we liked it so much. Fried cauliflower is an excellent app to share. They also have special for 3 tapas for $18. Pretty good wine list and they have several decent BC wines.

Went there to celebrate a friend's new job. We were seated right next to a small band area. We were asked if we would like to move tables and we agreed. We ordered a bunch of share plates and sangria. The first jug of sangria wasn't that great so they made us another one that was way better. We ordered another one after the other one was done and it was just as good. The food itself was excellent. So was the server who was taking care of us. Now you wonder why I gave it a two star rating. When the small band started playing and we were chatting their family who was sitting next to us started shushing us as well as the table behind them. Now we were not being loud but we were carrying a normal conversation. In order not to be impolite we lowered our voices even further but still they were glaring at everyone in the restaurant that was talking. Then out of nowhere an older lady who must have been the owner started walking to the tables that were having conversations and telling them to shut up. I don't take kindly to being told to zip it at a restaurant. Neither did the guy behind us as I heard him saying that he came there to eat and have a conversation not to shut up and listen to music. Now here is the thing. The food is good. If you want to go eat then call and make sure there is no one playing as you won't be allowed to talk. Go at a time when you can sit eat and have a conversation.

This is beautiful, out of the way dinner place. The appies were good, and it is right along the water with a breath taking view of the water. I went on a Friday night and was told that live music would start around 7. That was fine. Shortly after the woman began to sing, I heard people "shushing" other to be quiet. I was shocked, but ignored them, because I was there to socialize with my friends, not for the music. Then a woman working for the restaurant came around to the tables and asked us to be quiet during the show!! I couldn't believe it! I found it inappropriate to ask people to be quiet at a restaurant, where I was paying to eat and drink and not paying for the musicians show. This wasn't a 'performance', it was live music at a restaurant. While I enjoyed my evening and the service was overall very good, I don't recommend this place for social nights with friends during their Friday evenings. It was disappointing to be treated that way.
