Unpleasant staff members. Fries were exceptionally greasy, so I asked for my money back. They initially refused and kept asking why I didn't like them. I explained numerous times that the fries tasted stale and had the sitting-in-oil-too-long taste, which made them very unappetizing. A few more excuses later, the cashier finally returned my money. I normally enjoy NY fries...but not from this location.

They do great and tasty fries but service isn't the best. The staff have no smiles, they just look grumpy as they handle your order.

I love New York Fries. They are well prepared fries and have plenty of options. There are lots of poutine options as it is the most popular type right now, but they also do various topped fries. They have the usual soft drinks but the fry dishes are the thing. Parking is available from the mall and they have access to the Canada Line station nearby for transit.

This location is the most unhygienic one I came across specially in the evenings. The 2 guys sometimes touch the fries with their hands while packing. I asked for no green onions and while putting tomatoes on the fries, one green onion fell in my order, the guys noticed it and took it out using his hands, customer service and hygiene should be a huge focus at this location!
