I've never done a Google review before... but the service was probably the worst I can recall. I'm not sure why they took our drink orders because only 2 of the 6 people at the table got the water they asked for. Even when the meal was finished (1.5 hours after arriving) I still did not have the water I asked for. I ordered eggs and bacon and fruit for my kids And was brought eggs and hashbrowns and toast, when I reminded them of the order they said just keep the toast and hashbrowns but my kids can't eat potatoes and bread. The meal I ordered was quite cold and again... I never got the water I asked for after reminding them again. .. they weren't even busy. 20 minutes later she brought back eggs and a huge helping of hashbrowns for my kids. When I told her that's not what I ordered she claimed I told her my kids had a gluten allergy. I repeated 3 more times please bring eggs bacon and fruit. She asked about allergies and I just repeated eggs bacon and fruit and nothing else. She got flustered and walked away. It was quite ridiculous and it was a Sunday morning and they weren't even busy.

Celebrated my birthday at this location last night with my friends and we had such a great time; The staff is awesome! Our server Rori was literally the best. He was professional, funny, and quick. Didn't catch the other 2 servers names but they were also super friendly and professional! We will definitely be coming back very soon. Thank you for the service!

The food is okay, however nothing to rave about. I had the salmon with ancient grains (whatever that means...) the salmon was lovely but I didn't enjoy the greens, they were gluggy and flavourless. The waiter also bought three extra drinks to the table when people weren't even half way through their previous.... without asking if they would like another. Assuming someone wants another drink is pretty rude if you ask me, probably just trying to increase the bill.

Expensive, tasteless, horrible food. Waitress was dumber than a bag of bricks. Waited an hour for our food- no one came over to two us how much longer. Food came out and two orders were mixed up. Chicken was way over cooked, pasta was bland, and the shrimp was also over cooked. 10/10 will NEVER be going back. Wanted a nice bite to eat out in van since we aren't from here, very disappointed.

Had my first visit to Moxie's and I must say I was very happy with it. We arrived at approx 7.15pm on Saturday night. The Red Hot Chili Peppers were playing in Rogers Arena so we were expecting it to be busy. We were seated within 5-7 minutes and it was easy to see that all staff were so busy. We were shown to our table upstairs and it was a few minutes before one of the staff came over to take our drink order. The main reason why we came here was because of their Gluten Concious Menu offerings. My girlfriend said that it is one of the best menu selections she has experienced. I ordered the steak sandwich and my girlfriend the loaded burger( both were extremely tasty). So we did have to wait a little longer than usual for this as it was so busy but that was no issue for us. The manager did take care of our drinks for us as a form of compensation for the wait. This was really appreciated but we could see how busy it was so the long wait was not unexpected. Our server, Mary, was fantastic and she is a great asset to your company. We will be back, keep up the good work.
