I really wish I'd read the reviews before i ordered for delivery last night.. if i had my time back i would have grabbed a frozen pizza instead so i wouldn't have to deal with on the phone who sounded drunk. If i could give this place no stars i would.

I've notice a lot of the reviews about this place are bad, but I decided to give it a shot anyways.
Well, the staff at the restaurant is really nice and the place is clean.
I ordered a chicken wing and it's not as good as I expect (even though I'm not expecting much), the wings are tiny and it's quite greasy.

Hey everyone,
The person we spoke to on the phone sounded intoxicated. We called after waiting for an hour, and were told that the driver was "right around the corner". After another hour of waiting, I called back frustrated and wanting to cancel, but got an apology and told again, "right around the corner.. busy night".
When the pizza finally arrived, the delivery guy was also wasted. The pizza tasted awful. We are throwing out $45 worth of pizza...
I hope that the manager/owner reads these reviews and reflects what kind of company they're trying to be. Word of mouth, Johny Pizza Factory.

Ordered at 9:40 and it's 11:10. I was told 45 at the latest. Called a couple times and was told around the corner. Don't order if you have kids or if you don't want to wait hours for a pizza. When I called to cancel just now he sounded like it was weird his Driver wasn't here. Don't order from here go somewhere else.

When I called and cancelled they ended up knocking at our door 20min after the fact. Tells you a lot about the management of the place and lack of care. Don't waste your time.
If you're downtown there's lots to explore - I recommend Fritz. Walk a few blocks and get some take out. You'll be back at your place way before Johnny's ever gets to you.

Hungry? Late at night? .....please move on. Listen unless you happen to be starving and you walk by and need a slice, don't order from here. The pizza was alright 5/10 but far from top anything in the city. Change your garlic bread or start putting it in your salads as croutons. Chicken was fine I guess if you compare it to the salad. If you are busy and know it will be a wait be honest I'd rather know I'm waiting over an hour vs calling after an hour to be greeted by not "hello" but "yea it will be there in a few minutes". Also start giving your garlic dip away for free, it takes the pizza from a 4 to a 5. Ps delivery driver was great honest, kind, polite!
